Vintage Silver Business Card Holder Case with Mini Pen

Don't know anything about this. It seems like it might be silver or silver plated since its toned and is fairly thin. No markings that I could see. I can't find my digital scale, so I put it on a postal scale. Has a note pad and the pen holds the case closed. The pen doesn't work, but the ink is probably gumming up the tip. Sold as is.
