Fez is in good vintage condition... comes in bag, inside the WM H Horstmann Company... Philadelphia...box.... there are 2 pins on the fez... the man with hiorns...and the 2 part pin... top of pin is marked KANSAS CITY and shows the devil with pitchfork walking.... the bottom part is marked "31st Annual Session Supreme Council M.O.V.P.E.R. Jume 7-9 1920 ".... Great addition for any collection..
