Vintage Masonic Wallet with Double Headed Eagle above Cross and Original 1926 Certificate
This item was found in our old family desk, which we have had in our possession since the early 1960's.
Had to do some research to identify the emblem on the wallet.
While going through some old files recently, I discovered the other piece of the puzzle.  Apparently a family member was a member of the Northern Masonic Jurisdiction.  The certificate measures 16" x 12" and is in very good condition.  Crisp and no tears.  It had been secured in a large heavy duty envelope.
The wallet is in very good condition with just a few loose stitches at the top right of opening due to my searching for any markings.  Believe the stitching is intact but fragile due to age of the item.  Doesn't appear to have any wear or tear from being used.
Item measures:  6 3/4" x 3 3/4" when closed.  Emblem is on the inside and is visible when front flap is raised.
