California time
.

Please note
that this is

if there is a problem:
if there is a problem with your order pl
ease
contact me before you open a case.
I will try to resolve the problem as soon as I can. When you message me I will usually reply within a few hours at most. I will try to fix the problem without the need to use eBay's resolution center.
I don't accept returns generally. If you receive the wrong item most times you will not need to return it. After checking my inventory for your card. If I have your card, I will send the right one the same day you contact me.
Please note that there may be times when I will not be able to send you the right card. In this case, I may offer you a replacement of equal or greater value. If I am unable to send the right card and do not have a comparable card on hand, I will refund your payment.
The time it takes for me to resolve your problem is shorter when you message me before you open a case. In general, I can resolve any issues within 2-3 days at most. But you must message me first.
Should you choose to go through the Resolution Center and file a claim with eBay, I will follow eBay rules but the resolution may be non-negotiable and may not be resolved as quickly. The resolution procedure limits my ability and limits the time I have to resolve the problem. You may also be required to return the item before I can replace it. I usually can give you a better resolution without using eBay.
Of course, if we can not resolve the issue, you can file a claim at any time.
About Making an Offer:
I will consider almost all offers received. For
auctions the starting price is the lowest offer I will accept.
For most fixed price items you can make an offer of 99c or more.
I will probably decline most offers of the starting bid or lower or any offers of .25 or less.
If you are making an offer for multiple items I am more likely to accept lower offers.
The best way to have your offer accepted is to send me a message
with the postcards you want to buy and what you are offering for all of them.
When I respond to offers I don't see who is making the offer so if you make low offers on multiple items, I may decline them without knowing the offer is part of a proposed offer. If you message me with what your proposal is, I'll be more likely to accept your offers.
I also might send a counter-offer. This does not mean I am rejecting your offer, it means I am willing to negotiate a mutually acceptable price.
