    Olight Intimidator SR90, SR91, SR92, SR95, SR96 Battery Pack Rebuild Service
    WARNING:  No battery for sale, this is a rebuild service!
    This listing is for a rebuild service for Olight battery packs (SR90, SR91, SR92).  We will professionally open your pack, replace all of the cells, use new heatshrink, gasket paper, and welding tab material and rebuild your pack to exceed the capacity and performance of the original pack.  These packs originally use 6x 18650 generic 2000/2200mAh Chinese cells SR90, SR91, SR92.  SR95, SR96 used 2600mAh cells.  We will rebuild your pack using new original Panasonic 2400mAh cells.  The end result is that a new original pack gets about 90 minutes of runtime and a rebuilt will get about 100 minutes (for the SR90 for example).
    Rebuilding your pack has no downsides and only benefits:
    Better quality cells which will have a longer service life and provide more cycles
    Higher quality pack assembly with no corners cut on the quality or safety of the pack
    Longer lasting pack do to using higher capacity cells
    Lower cost to you, a new pack is often times 0+ (if you can find one) and has lower capacity generic Chinese cells
    Environmentally friendly.  Reusing the aluminum casing and circuit board and recycling the old cells instead of putting them in the land fill!
    If you want even longer runtime we can upgrade the cells capacity even more for an additional charge.  We can rebuild your pack also with 3500mAh Korean LG cells giving you even more runtime.

    It is the buyers responsibility to pay for shipping to us, then we pay for shipping back to you.  Instructions on where to send your pack in are sent within 24 hours to your email address.
    Other fine print:  It is the buyers responsibility to send in their battery pack.  If the buyer fails to send in their battery packs for rebuild within 6 months, their order will be considered a donation, and no rebuilds or refunds will be processed.  Please make it a point to send in your battery pack within a couple weeks time after purchasing.
