This unit is like new (February 2020 manufacture date). Some paneling is dented and there is 1 panel missing as shown that covers the elements on the inlet connection side. The unit was removed from a site where the piece of equipment next to it was damaged. In the insurance claim, they replaced everything including the boiler. Lochinvar will warranty this unit until the warranty expires as long as it is installed by a licensed contractor.
