Unfolds to 12 panels (six

each side).
On one side (six panels) are the two covers; a panel with things to enjoy in Estes Park; a panel with information on the Rocky Mountain National Park; and two panels with ads from local businesses.
On the other side (six panels) is a s
treet map of Estes Park surrounded by ads of local businesses.
The brochure is in good
condition. Modest wear to the covers and interior panels with some light creasing around the edges.
There are very tiny tears at the folds between a few panels. There are numbers written in red ink on the map. I assume they are route numbers. Also some pencil notations near the map.
